Virgil Trucks Signed Autographed Newspaper Clipping Early 1940s. Shipped with USPS First Class.
My friend’s dad was a NYC born and raised baseball fan. He’s in his mid 90s now. The selling of his stuff is tough but it’s helping him. He’s very lucid about his ballpark methods and a few encounters, but specifics are too long ago. (Except meeting Frank Sinatra!)
He was such a fan he kept scrapbooks of all things baseball. He’d take the scrapbooks to all three NY parks and get autographs...mostly from the later 1930s and 1940s. He eventually cut them out and now they’re for sale. There’s many and lots are personalized.
I’m pricing and selling for him without sending for authentications....for now. The autographs are real. I will refund your money paid if you’re not convinced. But not any authentication cost you decide to pay. They’re just too high.
I’m trying to get him a fair price without having to authenticate. If you don’t agree...I guess the “market” decides.
