Vintage Acoma Seed Pot by B. L. (Barbara) Cerno - Hopi/Acoma (1951 -) Husband Joseph is Acoma. They live in Mccarty's, a small village on the Acoma Reservation
.
Has a Kokopelli on the top encircled by a mesmerizing
geometric pattern. The lower body has mother quail and babies, a lizard, a butterfly,and a bird.
Please examine pictures closely.  Measurements as shown.
Approximately 2 1/2" x 4".

"They have been making traditional Acoma pottery since their late teens... well over 40 years. Annie Cerno was their teacher."

When Listing, we are forced to guess at the weight and size of he box before it's even packed.  We don't package it until it is sold in case there are combined orders or additional questions requiring more photos.

DOUBLE BOX
(with a peanut buffer) ALL POTTERY and most baskets.  We've had many, many elated customers who received a severely damaged box, but found their item safe and sound in the inner box. We do not skimp on packing materials, using bubble wrap and popcorn.  We recycle materials whenever possible to be environmentally friendly.
