Pine Bed Wood Kit
Pine Wood with Standard Mounting Holes, Steel Strips, End Cap, and Hardware Kit
This kit of pine wood with steel strips and hardware is used to replace the wood bed floor. Bed strips have square holes for carriage bolts and a round hole near the front for bed to frame mounting according to the original pattern. Zinc plated steel hardware is included to install the wood and strips into the bed and for attachment to the bed sides. Bed-to-frame holes in the wood are properly countersunk for the large washers.
The bed wood sill caps off the exposed ends of the bed wood. Ford bed wood kits comes with a special indention so the bed wood sill lays flush with the wood and backs up to the strips, just like original. The sill provides protection, as well as a nice appearance for the finishing touch to your bed. Holes are predrilled and bolts needed are included in your bed bolt kit. Made of 14 gage electro-galvanized steel. Steel bed wood sill is to be painted for that original bed look.
