    This item is an 8x10 autographed colored photo of PETE ROSE the moment before he hit his #4192 hit. Greg Franklin took this photograph and had PETE ROSE sign 1,000 photos for a fee. PETE also included a signed Notary Republic witness the signature on the photo and the letter. This letter was sent from the Cincinnati Reds Stadium office.
