Kentucky A Style 8 String Sunburst Mandolin Model KM140S With Case
Up for auction is an A style mandolin from Kentucky Mandolin.  This mandolin is in good condition, it's free from cracks and dents, though there is some cosmetic damage to the body and a couple of holes where it looks like a pickguard was removed (picture eleven).  The makers mark inside the body indicates that this is a model KM 1405, and the serial number is 002488.  The mandolin is 27" long and 10" wide at the body.  Along with the instrument you will also get an almost new hard case.  The case looks like it just came off the shelf, and indeed still has the tags attached.
This is a USED instrument that is UNTESTED. We do not have the experience to say what kind of play quality this instrument may have. We do recommend that all used instruments be fully cleaned and serviced prior to use. Change the pads (where applicable).
