Airbags must be shipped as HAZMAT ground and NOT via air shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to the HAZMAT requirement, we will not authorize the return of any airbags that do not fit a vehicle other than the ones stated in the listing. For a used airbag to operate properly, a qualified installer must install the used airbag in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. Any used airbag that is not installed correctly will subject passengers in a vehicle to risks of serious injuries, including death, which may arise as a result of the improper installation of a used airbag.

RETURN POLICY
Returns will not be accepted if you ordered the wrong item.  If your mechanic has deemed the item as defective we will require the diagnosis report of the vehicle prior to the part being installed,  and when the purchased item was installed and not functioning.   All warranties are voided if you have opened the item, and broke the tamper stickers, attempted to self install the item.  We are cannot issue return labels for items out of country please so do not ask us too.   All Customs documentation needs to filled out correctly and listed as a RETURN
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 24 hrs after the order is placed.  With the exception of holidays and weekends.   All orders are shipped with a tracking number which is uploaded to your order and will be emailed.   If you require expedited shipping please contact us prior to making the purchase, to avoid and issues with your transaction.   Most shipments will be delivered within 5-14 business days depending on your location.   We only ship-to the address that is listed on your eBay and PayPal account, please make sure your information is updated.
