Just in time for Holiday get-togethers! This Forest Green Sandwich Glass set by ANCHOR HOCKING makes a beautiful table setting for brunches and holiday gatherings. It blends beautifully with many types of china. See photos 11 and 12 for examples.

Status: Discontinued. Actual: 1939 - 1964
Anchor Hocking produced their version of Sandwich from 1939 to 1964. Many will be familiar with this pattern as they were used as promotional items at grocery stores and gas stations. Five of the items, in Forest Green, were included free inside boxes of Crystal Wedding brand oats. While these five pieces are abundant, the remaining pieces in Forest Green are much harder to find and are highly sought after by collectors.
Markings - Anchor Hocking was marketed in store promotions from 1939 to 1964. Most distinguishable are the second lines inside the flower petals. The flowers are curved. The scrollwork is more confined with a center "V". Colors include clear, amber, forest green, pink, ruby, and white or ivory.
