It makes 3 quarts per batch and will produce 3 gallons of ice cream or gelato or fruit sorbet per hour. It comes with a cart and all the extras (including books and manuals, cleaning supplies, and other assorted items. Works perfectly. This is a 220 volt unit. It weighs over 150 lbs and is for local pick up only.
