You've got 16 velocity and pressure sensitive pads, perfect for both finger drumming and expressive playing. Assign the 16 encoders to whatever parameters you like, and save up to 16 of your custom setups. Best of all, a built-in step sequencer lets you program 16 different sequences with 16 steps each, ready to control your MIDI or CV gear all by itself!

Upon receipt of your item back, we will issue you a FULL refund LESS shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee (Sony products will be 25% re-stocking fee).

Headphones, microphones, software can't be returned. Oversized items (digital pianos, etc.) can be returned but buyers will be responsible for possible shipping damage when returned.
Product must be in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Buyers will be responsible for international returns of any kind. All costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty
All products come with manufacturer's warranty and support.
B-Stock or Open box units are also covered under manufacturer's warranty and support.
Gigasonic offers 30 days store warranty. Defective items can be returned for exchange without incurring re-stocking fee.

Shipping Method
Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS mail of your choice.
We ship to Military addresses and PO boxes addresses and None Continental US addresses, but they may cost more to ship. Free shipping is normally not available to these addresses.
We do ship some extremely heavy items internationally. Please contact us for shipping quote.
Buyers can visit our store in San Jose for local pickup.
Shipping Times
For Priority Mail please allow at least 6-10 business days to arrive in your country after shipment.
For Express Mail please allow at least 3-5 business days to arrive in your country after shipment.
